Remembrance Parade 2017

Today’s Remembrance Parade was attended by many local residents. It was really pleasing to see so many schoolchildren from our community present. Wreaths were laid on behalf of the Queen, Cardiff Council, The Community Council, The Radyr and Morganstown Association, military groups and local societies and schools.

The  wreath laying was followed by a service at Christ Church and then by a parade. We are not sure how many residents realise that each year we get a letter from Buckingham Palace thanking us for writing to the queen and for taking part in the CommemorationServices.
