Hello, has anyone seen any redressing work on Bryn Derwen yet? Yellow signs went up around the Caer Craig junction yesterday evening stating work would be done 10 and 11 October but there’s nothing happening yet.

Heol Isaf badly needs redressing too. It’s a horrendous surface to cycle on.

Perhaps going from this document the dates stated on the signs are more of an ambition rather than a statement of fact.
Fingers crossed that the work will be of a good standard. It’s been desperately needed since the heavy rain and floods of 3 or 4 summers ago.

Not sure if they’re now finished, but if so they have for some reason skipped the short space at the lower end of Caer Graeg. Which has been one of the worst affected parts since the heavy rain.

Looks like they’ve gone. Job done.
Most of the drains on the roadside are now dangerous drop down pot holes for both cars and cyclists.
