20 mph Speed Limit for Radyr & Morganstown

We are sure that most R&M residents will be aware of the recent work being done by local residents to establish a 20mph limit over much of the R&M area.
Cardiff Council have just issued their proposals, which you can look at via this link. The only significant area not included will be Clos Parc Radur.
The proposals are open for comment and the linked document states how these can be submitted.
The closing date for responses is midnight on Friday, 31st January.
